Private upper deck to the 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath suite with Open Kitchen, Living & Game Area w/ large flat screen TVs, Pool, Ping Pong & Foosball table. Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen(microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. . Separate entrance from the house. 14 miles to airport (20 mins) 10 miles to downtown Beaches(Kiawah-24 miles or Folly Beach-16 miles ).
