Enjoy this stylish one-bedroom, 2nd-floor villa located 100 yards from the beach on beautiful Kiawah Island. It has an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with a beautiful lagoon view from the screened porch. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, desk, walk-in closet, and a remodeled bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for four. The villa also has a new queen-size sleeper sofa, hardwood floors throughout, a washer/dryer, and a dedicated parking space immediately in front of the building.

Every room has a spectacular unobstructed Ocean View with a wraparound deck on both floors. Every bdrm has a full bath. The condo is tastefully decorated with the vacationers comfort in mind. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with an adjacent dining area that seats 10 with a the beautiful view of the beach.

As the owners we live in the upstairs of the home (completely securely separated) and are available if you need anything! We enjoy sharing this beautiful home with others! Our cute and quaint family condo is right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the view from the deck off the living room. Wake up to the view from the master bedroom window which also overlooks the beach. You will be close to everything on Tybee when you stay at our centrally-located condo. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
