Other facilities: air conditioning, underfloor heating. Parking is free and safe on the street in front of the house. Nearby: small food market, Lidl shop. 1.5 km to the city centre.

There is also a workspace/office in case you need to work from home with a very fast wifi.

For a fee we pick up guests from the airport or train station.
