This large immaculate townhouse is located right on the river and walking distance to the ocean. We have 2 large king beds in the sweeping master bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle in the large loft. There is a desk to use for work if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, a stroll to the beach, or making a short 45 minute drive to Orlando.

The style of our home is beach farm house. Almost everything is brand spanking new. Every Bedroom room has large windows, large closets, and are a good size. Living, dining, and kitchen are all open concept with a large covered, screened in porch and sun deck attached. Large fenced in yard has flowering bushes, mature trees and tall bird of paradise plants that look like banana trees. Everything you could possibly need in a functional home and kitchen.

Great location! Rocket launches visible from property. 5 minute walk to public beach with good surfing right across street from townhouse! Family friendly 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. Upstairs master bedroom, kitchen, and living room with balcony views of the ocean. 45-60 minute drive to Orlando & Disney World and a 10 minute drive to the Port Canaveral. Sleeps up to 6-8 people very comfortably. Washer and dryer for use inside the unit.
