This schoolhouse is the smallest one of two on the property. Country living extends to the outdoors on the private patio. Wrap yourself up in one of our vintage handmade quilts, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy unobstructed views of neighbouring fields. Saskatchewan is touted as the “Land of Living Skies’, and there’s no better place to see the most amazing sunsets, stars and Northern Lights. Enjoy soaking in your private hot tub while star gazing or looking out over a vast valley.

Beau’s North Country Place: Welcome to our pet friendly cozy country home, off the beaten path and surrounded by nature. Upstairs you will find one self contained Suite(separated from the 4private rooms)and four private bedrooms that have a shared bathroom space. Downstairs, guests have access to many shared spaces such as the kitchen, dining room area, living room, bathroom and various outdoor spaces. We are a self catered room/home rental that offers a “home away from home” feeling.

Rustic cabin at the north end of Turtle Lake

Get away from it all and experience the boreal forest at a rustic cabin on a working bison ranch at the North end of Turtle Lake. The cabin has electricity, with a hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, barbecue and cooking supplies. There is no running water, but a hydrant is located behind the cabin. The outhouse is a short pleasant stroll , which hosts a forest view. The whole idea here is chop wood, carry water, unplug and enjoy nature.

The Fox Den at the High Hill Homestead

The Fox Den is a basement suite with its own private access and parking located only 1 mile from Iroquois Lake. The 1800 sqft walkout basement offers a view of the beautiful sunrise over the lake every morning. Public lake access and beach are 1 mile away, a very short drive or a leisurely and scenic walk away. If you're up for a drive we have, within 15 miles, 3 regional parks, 5 public beaches, 2 greenhouses and 3 golf courses.
