Το κρεβάτι είναι διπλό, το στρώμα του διαθέτει memory foam για άνετο και ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Η κουζίνα είναι μεγάλη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο και μοντέρνο. Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει θέα στη Σάρτη και στο όρος Δραγουδέλι.

Αυτός ο κομψός και άνετος χώρος διαμονής είναι ιδανικός για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές δύο βήματα από την θάλασσα, με θέα στην αμμώδη παραλία της Ακτής Καλαμιτσίου με το χαρακτηριστικό νησάκι. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλό και 2 μονά κρεβάτια αντίστοιχα. Ευρύχωρο και σύγχρονο σαλόνι-κουζίνα και μπαλκόνι με θέα θάλασσα καθώς και ιδιωτική θέση στάθμευσης. Η ακτή διαθέτει επιλογές εστίασης, σούπερ μάρκετ, water sports και σχολή καταδύσεων σε απόσταση που καλύπτεται με τα πόδια.

Evelen Studios(Ground floor)

Evelen Studios are located at a distance of 300m from the beach in Sarti. It is a smaller, family object which has a total of 4 studios on the first floor and 4 studios on the ground floor, and all of them are renovated in 2016. Studios are situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches. All the studios are two-bedded (double bed). When necessary, in all the studios can be added one extra bed for a third person or a child.

Wooden dream on the beach! - iHouse

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

House Elea is a unique summer house of 35sq.m with a large private garden of about 1500sq.m. full of olive trees. It combines a modern, elegant design with traditional architecture and offers all amenities needed for a comfortable stay during the summer. It is located at the southern part of Sithonia Chalkidiki, in the village of Kalamitsi, just 120m. from the sea.
