Di nuovissima costruzione, con piscina ad uso esclusivo, si trova a quattro passi dalla spiaggia di Budoni. Ha un'accogliente zona soggiorno con cucina separata, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno, una camera con letti singoli ed un altro bagno. E' circondata da un ampio giardino, la veranda coperta si affaccia sulla grande piscina .
