A pochi passi dal porto, dalla stazione dei treni per raggiungere l'aeroporto e dei bus per arrivare in pochi minuti alle bellissime spiagge. I quattro quartieri storici, i musei e tutte le attrazioni di questa magica città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. Facilmente raggiungibile, Porto San Paolo dista 15 km dal porto di Olbia e 12 km dall’aeroporto Costa Smeralda. Il mio alloggio appena ristrutturato è il luogo perfetto per le coppie che vogliono trascorrere una piacevole vacanza al mare, non rinunciando al comfort. Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.

The main features of the apartment are the tranquility and the magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the park. The house is located in a residence in front of the park "i giardini di via fiume", in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The Margine Rosso beach (Poetto firs part) is two minutes by car or can be reached on foot via a path in about twelve minutes. While the other beautiful beaches of south / east Sardinia can be reached in 20/30 minutes by car.
