Alloggio in zona tranquilla, pedonale, con lungomare adiacente. La zona cucina è dotata di tanti comfort: macchinetta per il cappuccino, per il caffè, tostapane, microonde etc. Erano presenti sia alimenti per la colazione sia per un brunch salato (pane per tramezzini, prosciutto e formaggio). Letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Pulizia impeccabile. Host molto disponibile. Alloggio super consigliato!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Terasse zeigt in den Innenhof mit Pool. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt! Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 30 Minuten an der Altstadt, aber auch in direkter Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Myself and girlfriend have just returned from a wonderful week at Casita de mar, the apartment is very comfy, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with nice extra touches like beach mats & towels, a bottle of bubbly and various nibbles waiting to greet us. The living room/kitchen is perfectly orientated to make the most of the stunning sea and beach views through the full width sliding doors that lead out to a very large balcony. The location is perfect especially if not driving, it’s central on the promenade with the marina and old city in one direction & the beautiful Maria Pia beach in the other which is well worth a visit. Less than 10 mins walk behind the apt you have a Coop & Conad supermarkets for all your self catering needs. Never met the hosts but the instructions sent to us were clear & polite, I’m sure if we had a problem or needed help they would have been very responsive. We thoroughly loved our stay in Casa de mar, Alghero and Sardinia & can 100% recommend Casa de mar!

Moc děkuji za možnost, ubytování. Ubytování bylo krásné, blízko promenády a cesty do města. Ubytování jsme našli snadno, je možnost samotného parkování, ale není ani potřeba, protože na ulici je vždy místa dostatek. Ubytování bylo čisté pěkné zařízena a hostitelka byla milá a vždy reagovala na zprávy. Bohužel mojí chybou, že jsem si neprostudoval pokyny jsem zanechal odpadky v koších a nevynesl je. Za což se omlouvám.

Great space. Close to city beach (although not our favourite, but we had a car and could explore the area). The apartment was very big. And everything worked so well. A few big grocery stores within less than a 5 minute walk. Private underground parking in the building is a big bonus. (note: take your time the first few times. It’s a bit tight to get into depending on the car you are driving). Lots of extras like beach umbrellas and chairs. Really came in handy. We REALLY enjoyed our time at Gianni’s apartment. Hoping to get back there again.

Carmelo is een super vriendelijke host. Hij reageert gelijk bij vragen. Het appartement was heel netjes, schoon en smaakvol ingericht. Op sommige plekken wel een laag plafond dus een beetje oppassen voor je hoofd. Wij komen sowieso weer terug in dit appartement.

Soggiorno perfetto. La casa è spaziosissima e ha doppia esposizione. Il terrazzo è enorme! Si vede persino il mare. Cucina completa e accessoriata e comprende anche una macchina per il caffe in capsule! Pulizia eccellente. Posizione strategica in quanto proprio sotto casa è presente un supermercato e a pochi metri un altro, nonché altri negozi, servizi, ristoranti ecc. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al lido, perciò comodissimo. Gabriella ci ha accolti anche in anticipo ed è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per il soggiorno. L'abbiamo disturbata diverse volte, anche in orari improbabili, e ci ha sempre risposto. Ci ha anche consigliato alcuni posti dove mangiare e delle spiagge da non perdere! Non posso che consigliare vivamente!

Das Bau House ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wer in der Nähe von Oristano eine Unterkunft sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Daniele war super nett, hilfsbereit und hatte nützliche Empfehlungen. Würden die Unterkunft jedem Empfehlen.

Très belle maison avec tout ce qu'il faut même les produits de base ( lessive gels douche papier toilette dépannage sel et poivre). Le top au niveau confort avec la climatisation. Superbes terrasses pour profiter du dehors avec vue incroyable. Plage accessible à pied pour les bons marcheurs car ça monte au retour ! Quartier calme dans les hauteurs. Faire ses courses avant de venir pour être tranquille mais petit supermarché pour dépanner.

Nous somme restés une semaine chez Davide, et ce fut le meilleur séjour que j'ai passé dans un Airbnb. Davide était extrêmement arrangeant, souriant, sympathique et a pris de son temps pour nous visiter et nous donner des recommendations de choses à faire même après que sa mère soit venue nous déposer les clefs. un grand merci à elle aussi pour son accueil. Belle attention de leur part, ils nous ont laissé une bouteille de vin et pain traditionnel sarde. l'appartement est spacieux avec 3 chambres, une cuisine toute équipée, une clim, une douche d'extérieur dans la cour intérieure, parfait pour le retour de la plage qui se situe directement à la sortie de l'appartement. Énormément de moustiques mais toutes les entrées et fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Peu de touristes (comparé au nord) donc facile de se garer devant chaque jour, belles plages très proches et position centrale donc pratique pour un daytrip. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner là-bas !

We really enjoyed our days with Michela. The accommodation is in a great location by the sea and there are lots of things to do in the area. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped - we didn't miss anything. The communication was smooth and very good. She and her family made us feel very welcome. We can only recommend Michela's accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable apartment which had everything we needed. A lovely area to explore and we would like to return.

ottima esperienza in primavera. Casa fronte mare con bellissima vista. Siamo stati molto bene, all'esterno c'è un grosso tavolo che consente di mangiare all'aperto godendo di una vista impagabile. Unica pecca la casa è un po' buia, ma volendo stare all' aperto il più possibile non è stato affatto un problema! Consigliato!

Schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage am Meer. Gute Restaurants in der Gegend, guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen (z.B. Sinis). Check-In war unkompliziert, Parkplätze waren vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super, allerdings befindet sich vor der Wohnung gerade eine Baustelle (Erneuerung der Promenade) und daher ist die Sicht auf das Meer beeinträchtigt.

Wir waren nun eine Woche in Ignazio's Zuhause und es war super. Die Wohnung war sauber, es war alles da was man benötigt und die Wohnung liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage. Der schöne und sehr saubere Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft weg. Richtig klasse 👍 Die Aussicht auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus ist einfach Spitzenklasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍😊

Perfekte Unterkunft! Absolut zu empfehlen! Damiano ist ein absoluter Top-Gastgeber und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Sowohl die Sauberkeit, als auch die qualitative und hochwertige Ausstattung der Innenausstattung sind 5 Sterne plus! Die technische Ausstattung des Appartements lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Lage, Lage, Lage ….. Traumhafte Blickbeziehungen auf das Meer von jedem Zimmer und eine optimale Laufentfernung zur Altstadt. Die Nachtruhe wird vom Meeresrauschen sanft unterlegt. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz und der Fahrstuhl im gepflegten Anwesen runden das Angebot von Damiano ab. Danke für eine tolle Zeit in Deiner Wohnung lieber Damiano

Appartement très bien placé à proximité du vieux centre. Boulangerie et commerces à proximité immédiate. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Le garage est un grand plus.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The place looked like the pictures, had everything we needed, clean water, beds were comfortable, and location is within walking distance to the center of town, restaurants, little stores…typical Italian small town feel. I appreciated the “welcome” snack ☺️ Great communication with the host.

The apartment was newly renovated and had modern ammenities like large flatscreen TV with Netflix and all the other streaming services. The rooms were spotless and clean, and we liked the fact that the kids room had stairs up to the second bed (good for privacy for teens). The bathroom was very nice withwalkin-in rain-shower, and two faucets for washing hands / brushing teeth (nice with two teens). The airco worked very well and was quiet. The kitchen was modern and we could sit around the kitchen bar to eat breakfast and drink cappuccino. The location was very nice with easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the old walled city of Alghero. There were excellent restaurant close by with Quatre Sayal our favorite (best pizza we have ever tasted and not too expensive). Stefania, the host, was very nice and always helpful and friendly. She gave us lots of tips on things to do and see around Alghero. In short, a very nice stay in Alghero.

Nous avons passé trois jours en famille à Alghero dans l'appartement de Francesco. Le logement est très bien situé, non loin de la vieille ville et de la plage (accès facile à pied). Le logement est confortable, très propre, et très bien équipé. Francesco est aux petits soins, plein de petites attentions pour ses hôtes (des œufs en chocolat pour les enfants pour Pâques!). Tout petit bémol sur le bruit lié à la circulation (simple vitrage), mais c'est aussi la situation du logement en centre ville. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 🙂

Agnieszka is an amazing host - kind and friendly. Gave great recommendations on things to see and do. Explained how to use local transportation to get to the sites outside the city. We especially enjoyed her recommendation for a sunset on the rooftop of the Catalunya Hotel and a “must do” Neptune’s Grotto! And she brought us amazingly fresh lemons from her trees. She was always updating us on local events that were happening in town while we were there - local market days, festivals, etc.

Logement tres propre, tres bien equipe et tres bien place. Il n'y a pas de fenetre a part la porte d'entree mais c'est aussi ce qui donne le charme, vous etes en.plein centre historique. Donc tres bien pour 2-3 jours. Luca est tres disponible des que besoin. Indispensable selon moi de prendre la reservation du parking.
