This is a stunning apartment situated right above a crystal blue pebble beach, with amazing views and minutes of walking distance from the city center. The apartment offers a spacious dining area with direct access to one of the three balconies that overlook the beautiful Ionian sea from which you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in Saranda. In addition, there are two large bedrooms, three bathrooms, one of which with state of the art Sauna, a fully equipped kitchen and comfort everywhere.

The ‘GEAR Apartment’ is located in front of the main gate of the Ferry Boat Port of Saranda. It’s close to the main road making it to easy to move around it.City center and the Bus Station are about 5 min on a walking distance. Also the nearest public beach is located 100 m from the property. The place is suitable for couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families. There is a beautiful sea-front view from the sunny balcony... You will enjoy it for sure :)

BL Apartment Newly built 30m from the beach.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You have a beautiful view of the ocean and beach which is just 30 meters away. This newly built Apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room ( baby bed available ). Enjoy a wonderful sunset every Night. There is also a nice Pool facility, which you can access from beach. The apartment is about 4 km away from the boardwalk and 15 km from Ksamil.
