Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, drink coffee watching the sunrise, or enjoy a day in the spa* center of Borovets Hills. The property is within 8 minutes walk from Yastrebets ski slope, and further 4 minutes ride to Yastrebets chairlift, giving advantage to those racing for first-chairlift. *SPA center accepting guests of the flat at additional cost.

Villa Gardenia

A nice house with a private backyard and parking, modern furniture and a barbeque, located near Aquaclub Kotvata, many restaurants and shops. The hotsprings are near. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house is suited in a great location for climbing the Seven Rila lakes, visiting Panichishte and Rilla Monastery. The distance between Sofia airport and the villa is a 90 minute drive by car. Villa Gardenia has its own bus, providing transfer to a location chosen by the guests, for an additional fee.

Welcome to Villa Madera. Located in Saparevo, our home has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. All rooms have different unique styles and are equipped with private bathrooms. There are a couple of entertainment areas like the music room on the 3rd floor or the pool table lounge on the 1st. There is a private spa zone with a sauna. Our kitchen is fully equipped for short and long-term stays. On the outside, there is a swimming pool, BBQ, and many areas for relaxation and fun.

The balcony provides a great view of the sunsets, and nice spot to have dinner/wine.
