Вилата разполага с единно вътрешно простраство от 30 кв.м, в което са разположени дневна, кът за хранене и готвене, както и малък санитарен възел на ниво 1 и уютна спалня с невероятна гледка на ниво 2.

A nice house with a private backyard and parking, modern furniture and a barbeque, located near Aquaclub Kotvata, many restaurants and shops. The hotsprings are near. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house is suited in a great location for climbing the Seven Rila lakes, visiting Panichishte and Rilla Monastery. The distance between Sofia airport and the villa is a 90 minute drive by car. Villa Gardenia has its own bus, providing transfer to a location chosen by the guests, for an additional fee.

The balcony provides a great view of the sunsets, and nice spot to have dinner/wine.

Sapareva Kashta is a modern house that combines the comfort and the cosines of a mountain villa with a wooden scent. The Villa itself is very spacious! It provides two appartments each has well-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, lounge area, dining area for 8 people as well as a nice spacious shower/bathroom. The balcony provides a great view of the sunsets, and nice spot to have dinner/wine.

City View Comfort: 2BR Apt & Free Garage

Fully-furnished two-bedroom apartment, located just 8 minutes walking distance from the city center of Blagoevgrad, with a great view over the city and the beautiful nature surroundings. The apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, TV, washer and all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy free Wi Fi and free street parking. Free parking garage is also available (reservation required in advance).
