The Penthouse suite is located on the second level of an individual building that features breathtaking panoramic ocean and sunset views. The studio has a queen size bed, AC, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Smart TV, 100MB Internet and a balcony with sliding glass doors to let in the fresh sea breeze and watch the amazing sunsets and ocean view! A stairway leads from the apartment down a steep hill to the main road and the beach. The apartments includes: *Daily cleaning *Concierge service *Security guard at night *Parking area is shared and subject to availability IMPORTANT: This unit is located up a very steep hill, to which we owe the amazing views. Parking area is available for guests right next to the building, but it's narrow and ONLY suitable for a very small car, a quad (ATV) or Buggy. Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.
