The Thunderbird Tiny House

The Thunderbird tiny house is located on the Thunderbird Ranch about 13 miles west of Mountainair, New Mexico. We are surrounded by the Cibola National Forest on all four sides. The property is owned by the Wester's and has been in their family for almost a hundred years. We also have other vacation homes for rent so if you want to bring another family we can accommodate that. This house is off the grid so we've got to be careful not to use too much electricity cannot run do not run hair Dryer

Cozy Farmhouse Camper

Come stay at our 2-acre hobby farm with a wonderful view of the rolling Sandia Mountains. Located about 25 minutes from Albuquerque, it’s a great place to stay outside of the city. Our farm-style camper has all you need for a cozy getaway, including a small kitchen with a mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Sleep on the comfy full-sized bed and folding cot bed. Our farm has goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, dogs, cats, and 2 little pigs! Sample our fresh chicken and duck eggs by request!

Hilltop Nest

Kick back and relax in this stylish cabin in the forest. Hilltop location with forever views. Just off scenic Route 66 (Hwy 50), up a steep (but short) driveway, sits a 2-bedroom log cabin with plenty of birdsong and pine trees, a porch surrounded by views and furnished with a grill for outdoor dining. Five miles east is the village of Pecos with the Pecos River for fishing, hiking, and exploring. Sixteen miles north is the legendary city of Santa Fe packed with world-class art and culture

Beautiful A-Frame house on Ute Lake

Two bedroom A-Frame house with views of the lake. Great place for a weekend away. House is close to the campground and lake access.There is a grill and a fire pit on the property. The kitchen has everything that you will need for your stay. The only thing you need to bring is the food. Spices and oils are avail. There are towels and linens for your stay as well. There is plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats in the driveway. Fenced in section of the yard for your furry friends.

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Casita de Sueno is a two-bedroom, one bathroom cottage offering all of the comforts of home. Kick your feet up in the living room before enjoying a meal and/or cup of coffee or otherwise (no judgement here!) in the fully-outfitted kitchen. The well-appointed bathroom with shower features fluffy towel and toiletries, while our bedrooms with new mattresses and blackout curtains are the perfect place to catch some ZZZs. Mary Ann’s Mountain Retreat-Casita

Nestled up in the quiet Sangre de Cristo foothills in the sought after east side of Santa Fe, w breathtaking western views of the Jemez Mountains. 4 miles to the heart of town, 3 miles to Canyon Road, 1 mile to museum Hill. Just off of the historic Old Santa Fe Trail, up 3/10 of a mile up a private, maintained dirt road, in a rural gated community. Enter your cozy adobe, pristine casita. Ideal space for a romantic getaway, or solitary retreat. Across the porch from my Casa.

Cozy cabin with Highlands

Relax, unwind, and unplug with a beautiful view of the Manzano Mountains in our cozy cabin. Mountainair was known as the “Pinto Bean Capital of the World” in its heyday and our land was used for dry-land bean farming. Remnants of homesteaders can still be found on the property. We now enjoy this beautiful location to raise Scottish Highland Cattle and can’t wait to share it with you! Our cabin will fit 2 adults plus a child comfortably with a queen bed and twin sofa bed.

Tacho’ s Casita

Put on your hat and boots and while you are here resting, listening to the cows moo, watching the chickens peck the ground, consider seeing all that Fort Sumner has to offer. The home of Billy the Kid! Visit his grave site, or the museum dedicated to all things about the famous Kid. Visit Lake Sumner and the beautiful Bosque Redondo Historic Memorial site and learn how Fort Sumner was built on the Pecos River to inter over 9000 Navajo and Mescalero Apache people.

(No pets) Choose silence, solitude in our 12'x14' AIR CONDITIONED furnished hut, with a picture window view of Mesa; bed, desk, rocking chair, kitchenette. (1 guest only) and Wi-Fi. Space dedicated for meditation, prayer, writing. Private shower 90 steps away, inside main house. Hiking trail minutes away. Vaccination recommended. (Note: our second retreat space, inside main house, has private bath, kitchen use, library and LR.)
