It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. A bike/walk path is directly across the street, which goes for miles either direction. 3- burner BBQ grill - NEW for 25!

Spacious private guest suite with its own entrance, completely separate from the main house. We are usually on the property but rarely see our guests, offering plenty of privacy. The entrance is at the end of the driveway with parking right outside your door. A quiet neighborhood across from a park with a shaded ½-mile walking path, benches, and playground. THERE IS A SHARED FRONT ENTRANCE SEPERATED FROM MAIN LIVING AREA BY A PRIVACY SCREEN PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PICTURES FOR VISUAL. The suite has a king bed, bathroom and sitting area with a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

Private entry and parking located at the rear of the home. Owners live on site in completely separate, but attached quarters. THIS LISTING DOES NOT ALLOW ANIMALS DUE TO OWNER ALLERGIES.

Attached to the brick house, & totally private with a privacy fence, hear the rain drops on the tin roof. Queen memory foam bed, 70" Samsung TV w/Roku, thermal blinds. Must be willing to stay regardless of rain drops on the tin roof, or lightning and torrential rain on a tin roof in a room of glass. Enjoy!

The high ceilings make the loft feel spacious, and the large windows fill the space with natural light. ***We do make a special request that guests walk softly after 10:00pm (we sleep below 😴). ***
