My husband, children, and I wanted a short break from the chaos of everyday life (work and school). It has been years since we had a family vacation and we wanted a little R&R and some fun. Not to mention some warmth and sunshine! So glad I happened to come across Kenny and Christy’s home. It was the perfect combo of everything we were looking for and more. We relaxed by hanging out on the dock, snorkeling in the bay, fishing, grilling, and swimming in the pool. It was pure bliss the whole week! The beach and pier are a short drive away and there are ample opportunities for fun in the sun for the whole family. Thank you to you both for sharing your beautiful home with us and for being such amazing hosts :) We had the best time ever and will definitely be back again :)

Homey, older place that has had some renovations, could still use a few little things (ie shower head loose/falling off, loose door handle) but generally great for a family. Clean and nice without being so pristine to worry about every move the kids might make. Hot tub a big hit, the yard was also great big enough for some frisbee and sunbathing

Beautifully outfitted! Loved the sunroom and hot tub amenities. Ample grocery stores in both directions. Quiet neighborhood. WiFi could be amped up so “working from home” would be a challenge. There were 4 adults in our party, each with cell phones and tablets and we were lucky if 3 could connect to WiFi at the same time. Minus that inconvenience,, I would stay there again and highly recommend.

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for sharing your little slice of private paradise.This cabin was really clean and well stocked. It was an absolute pleasure to spend our 16th anniversary here. The kayaking was a highlight for us, we enjoyed exploring the calm waters, and seeing all the nearby animals. Our dogs were so happy to run around the property. The hot tub was a definite recharge during our relaxation session, surrounded by nature's serenity. We're grateful for the laughter, stories, and memories we created and definitely would love to return someday.

Hal was welcoming and kind from the moment we met him. He opened his downstairs villa to us and it was filled with all amenities needed for your home away from home. We were able to bring our two chihuahuas and the large backyard and shoreline were greatly enjoyed by all. This villa is filled with unique craftsmanship and truly a great place hidden away in a quiet neighborhood not far from Navarre Beach. The villa was fully stocked with beach towels, the kitchen had ceramic and plastic dish ware (we traveled with kids) which we appreciated and the kitchen window faced the bay. All in all-we went to get away but we also found a new friend. Hal-thank you again!

Home was beautiful! We felt very safe and secure on our girls trip! Plenty of added amenities for us to enjoy! We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area! Host was very responsive and always helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Heated Private Pool! Hot tub! Close to beach!

Ми орендували цей будинок для відпустки, 2 сімʼї з 2 маленькими дітками і це був вдалий вибір. Нам було достатньо місця та головне що діткам було цікаво в цьому будинку. Ми плавали в басейні, грали в настільні ігри, PAC-MAN особливо привертав увагу дітей😄 Також було дуже приємно проводити вечори у вогнища та смажити маршмелоу. В будинку є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також багато речей для пляжу. Особливо приємним було спілкування з господарями. Вони порекомендували нам місця для відпочинку, а також дуже швидко допомогли вирішити нашу невеличку проблему. Окремо хочу сказати про джакузі, нам дуже сподобався цей досвід. Тепер вже навіть і не хочеться орендувати будинок, якщо його там немає😊

The house was perfect for our family! The pool/hot tub were great to have after a long day at the beach! The house was fully stocked and Elizabeth was quick to respond to our questions! We highly recommend the area as well as it is very peaceful, but only a 10 minute drive to the beach! Would defeat like to visit peaceful pines again someday!

We absolutely loved staying here! The kids were on the pier every chance they had. The water is beautiful. They loved using the kayaks. The house was beautiful and perfect for the 7 of us. It was so peaceful and quiet! Also nice and close to all of the things we wanted to do while in the area. Would highly recommend!

Relax in Navarre! Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Gameroom!

Our stay at Rick and Lorelei’s was fantastic! It literally felt like we were in paradise. Everybody enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, our kids loved the game room. The house had tons of space. There were so many thoughtful and practical touches (board games, office space, pool toys, beach chairs/toys) that made it easy for our family to just enjoy rest together. If there was a way to give six stars we would!

From the beginning Steve was a great host. We had a small issue with the remote dying, but within 5 minutes of texting him, he brought over batteries and fixed it. We had a nice conversation with Steve, and he gave us some suggestions of things to do in the area. We had two 90 year old parents traveling with us, so the house being one level was great, the bathrooms had safety rails, the rooms had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to just hang out at the home. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, beach chairs and floats, gave us a lot of things to do out back as well. If you are looking for a super comfortable house with lots to do for your family, that feels like your home away from home, then bingo, this is perfect! The location is great also. You are 5 minutes from the beach, and 5 minutes to downtown in the other direction. I would highly recommend Steve’s house, and I hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks for everything Steve! 🫶🏼

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was super cozy while still being spacious enough for our group—and it smelled like “home”, which was such a nice touch. They provided great recommendations for local spots and things to do around Pensacola, which we really appreciated. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. The laundry area was especially cute and even had detergent and fabric softener ready to go. We especially loved the backyard that had the cowboy pool, hot tub, and bonfire area, which was perfect for unwinding after a night out. The hosts were fantastic: responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Communication was top-notch. We’d absolutely stay here again and 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting the Pensacola area!

The house is close to many shops and stores. 15-20 min to the beach (board walk). The amount of activities that you can do in the house is a lot, swimming pool, board games, jacuzzi,, big tv’s for a movie night, BBQ area, billiards, and more. Love the place and this place made my trip to Pensacola a really enjoyable trip.

The Soundside Vibe!

The house and location was amazing! There were 10 of us, and it fit all of us perfectly! It was in an awesome location, really close to the beach, and we enjoyed the privacy of the house and the neighborhood. Michael was very communicative and helpful with any questions that we had during our stay! Awesome week!
