The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

What a beautiful place! Bonnie was a gracious host and creates such lovely surroundings. The instructions and guidance were 100% accurate, as was the description. This was perfect for one person (would have been fine for two as well). It was comfortable and very clean and worked well for my four-night stay. It was VERY affordable, particularly considering the gorgeous neighborhood and proximity to beach and parks. Would 100% stay here again!

nice bed and kitchen, bathroom can be touched up a little but did a good job for the weekend consider alternatives if you're very tall (I think 6'4" would be max height before you start hitting your head on the doorframe) I'd stay here again for sure: spacious, affordable, quiet, clean

Julie's place was clean and and super cute and just enough for the two of us. It was 2 blocks over from the beach and though it's on the main road you can't tell. The place was peaceful and quiet. Our host also provided everything we needed for the beach including a wagon and chairs. She thought of everything. We would definitely stay there again.

If you're on the fence about staying here or thinking of a hotel, just come here! You won't be disappointed. It's a nice little private place for a couples retreat. The neighborhood was quiet. The pictures are accurate. My husband and I stayed here for three days while we explored the coast and downtown. This is a great central location with short rides to coastal activities like the beach and various parks. The shower was so nice, and the water was hot. We had our dog with us and there is access to a yard out back, just make sure to pick up their mess. There's a small dog park a couple blocks down the road, walkable but you have to cross a busy street to get to it. Things to note: The curb lip under the overhang parking may scrape your car underneath if it is low to the ground, there is street parking if this is an issue. The bed is on the firm side. This wasn't an issue for us, but maybe bring a topper or extra blankets to lay on if it's an issue for you.

We stayed here for two nights and loved this place. All the little details made it easy to feel like home. Definitely recommend staying here and we would come back.

Russell and Merele welcomed us right upon arrival and the Bunkhouse was clean and so well stocked with snacks. They considered every detail. We even had a chance to see some sweet baby goats. Highly recommend if you are searching for a place to relax. The porch with the rockers was an absolute favorite of mine.

I really loved this Airbnb, it was perfect for two. The hosts are very kind and responsive. Everything looked very clean. I came to Florida to explore and see my boyfriend and it was amazing, we had a great time. We were really close to the navy base and a lot of restaurants! The hosts even recommended a few! Everything in the house works perfect as well!

Great stay in Pensacola, around 30 mins from the beach and great price.

This place is adorable and quiet. Very conveniently located, across the street from the beach and an easy drive to Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach. Our flights coming in got changed multiple times, and Di Di and Glen were extremely accommodating and responsive even when we landed late at night. Seems like the perfect size for 1-2 people, might be too small for any parties larger than that. The only thing that would make this better would be a full sized kitchen

They provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and experiences. The space was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome sign and the well-stocked kitchen with an ample coffee bar. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was just right for exploring downtown Pensacola and provided a short walk to Palafox Street to explore multiple shops and local restaurants, as well as easy access to Seville Square for the Crawfish Festival. I would highly recommend Dennis and Lisa’s Aragon Retreat to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Pensacola!

Super cute stay in Pensacola, beautiful area, very clean and cozy mother in law suite. Meagan is very responsive with messages, helped my wife and I decide if this would work for us during our cross country move (it did!). We even had a fire with the hosts! Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Esther’s East Hill Haven was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, the Esther was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house itself was immaculately clean, and it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. The listing was completely accurate, and the property exceeded our expectations. We felt it was an exceptional value for the price. We were particularly impressed with the thoughtful touches, such as the collection of coffee table books about the local area and the diverse cookbooks available. It truly enhanced our experience and allowed us to delve deeper into Pensacola's culture and cuisine. We wholeheartedly give East Hill Haven a 5+ star rating and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped stay in Pensacola. We will definitely be back!

This was my third stay and it was just a lovely and comfortable as the previous times! The cottage is private and quiet and has everything you need. The neighborhood is lovely. The location is absolutely perfect for the things I need to do in Pensacola. It's a little costlier in season, but still cheaper than a basic room in a decent hotel or a comparable Airbnb stay. I am certain I'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Natasha’s place during our 10 night stay in Pensacola. We had most everything we needed to prepare our meals, comfortable, and relaxing. The bed was a bit on the firm side for us, but then we travel with a plush mattress topper which helped greatly. The curtains are not blackout so the rooms are lit by street lighting; we’re accustomed to country living with complete night-time darkness so it took us a bit to acclimate (we’ve added travel blackout shades to our travel gear!). The neighborhood is wonderful as is the nearby Bayview Park. We really enjoyed our morning and evening walks throughout the East Hill neighborhood and morning workouts at the outdoor fitness area within Bayview Park! We also found a great church that holds Sunday service in the Senior Center at Bayview Park! We would definitely stay at Natasha’s next time we head to Pensacola!
