Gem of a loft space with terrace on the Arno

Jewel of a loft. Super light, modern, chic space on the Arno. Completely modern amenities. Use of a terrace overlooking the Arno. Excellent positions near the train station, Cascine Park, central Florence, and well served by public transit. Note that the apartment in located in the residential area about 12 min walk to central Florence. Everything you need within walking distance. An excellent space to relax in or on the terrace (sunning available) after a long day exploring Florence.

Charming House - Free Garage

The apartment is located inside a private area with a gate at the entrance which makes it both safe and quiet. It is the result of a careful and recent renovation. Inside the complex there is a common garden that will It is centrally located, all the major attractions are within walking distance: SMN train station, Dome, Central Market, San Lorenzo Church, Uffizi Gallery and Pitti Palace. Major decisive point is the central location with private garage OUTSIDE the ZTL (limited traffic zone).

Our new apartment is in a lively and very central neighborhood yet away from the tourist crowds, retainig it’s authentic atmosphere with lots of shops and restaurants that cater to locals. We have provided this place with all the amenities you may need when travelling: full AC, fast wifi, washer&dryer, full kitchen, Netflix and self check in to access the apartment any time. Margherita's Suite

My apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). It is very bright, recently renovated keeping the old beams on the ceiling and some characteristic details, the parquet floor makes the apartment very warm and welcoming. The windows overlook the street where you can see the San Lorenzo Market in the distance. The ceiling on the top floor of the building offers beautiful frescoes.
