This place was a true bargain...all the amenities plus more--coffee selection, fridge with breakfast ideas from Trader Joe's plus some beer from local brewery, Santa Fe Brewery, and nice water cooler...but the highlight was personal delivery of home-baked croissants! Very nice touch! Oh, and the warm, fuzzy bathrobe to don before answering the door after emerging from the nice warm shower!

There isn’t much lodging available in the area so we were happy to find this rental on short notice. Madrid is a fun, quirky, artsy little village, a great place to stay for a few nights. The rental was very clean, looked as advertised and had a nice deck away from the street. The floors in the bedroom were squeaky but it’s an old house and otherwise in great repair. We hope to visit again.

Janet was responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out. Her place was clean and perfect for a quick one night get away in Santa Fe! We did not use the kitchen, but the refrigerator and sink would come in handy if saving leftovers. Thank you for an excellent stay and your hospitality!

Michael’s apartment is clean and organized. A great place to stay for a large group. Will definitely come back

Like others have mentioned, the place was clean, as described, and convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was stocked (french press, pour over, spices etc.). The bikes were great to ride to the farmers market and main square. Overall everything was great.

This was our second time at this casita, and we loved it as much as the first time. Actually, I would LOVE TO OWN this casita or one just like it! It is beautiful inside and out, and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a quiet location but within walking distance of everything in town we wanted to see and do. The heated tile floors are a wonderful bonus as is the patio area where I found it is warm enough on a sunny day to sit outside even in February. The hosts are very responsive and always check to make sure we got in okay after arrival. We also appreciate all the suggestions and materials they leave in the casita for dining and activities in the area. I hope to stay here again next year!

This was my third time staying here and honestly I’ll never stay anywhere else in Santa Fe. Crawling distance from the railyard. Great front porch and back porch. Lovely host. And super soft towels. We will be back!

Cozy & comfy home away from home. Everything we needed was available in the house. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to where we wanted to go and accessible to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We are a family of six — two adults, two kids & two dogs — and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and beautiful and we absolutely loved the enclosed front courtyard and the enclosed back yard and porch with our pups. They could run around and enjoy themselves with no concern of getting into traffic. The neighborhood is great to walk around in and only a 25 minute straight walk to the Plaza. Our absolute favorite spot was found through the welcome book, Clafoutis. Within a short 10 minute walk from the house you can enjoy amazing baked goods, coffee, breakfast and lunch. We went there daily on our trip, we loved it so much! The next time we visit Santa Fe, we will definitely see if this house is available!

The place was perfect. Location amazing and peaceful. Very close to downtown. Lots of extra little things in the home. Games, books, feminine products, first aid kit, hairdryer, curling iron, extra batteries for remotes, laundry soap, spices, hot chocolate, tea bags, coffee…the list goes on. The kitchen had all appliances, dishes, utensils, foil, dish soap, new sponges….that list goes on. The place was perfect and just what I was looking for. My parents are 89 and both have dementia and one kidney failure so I wanted a quiet place that wasn’t full of unnecessary Knick knacks and room to move around. Bathroom right across from bedrooms. My mom had a serious dementia episode and we left a day early. I informed Mikaila we left the morning before our last day. Not expecting anything but just to inform. She gave us a refund for that night. I never expected that but it was sweet for her to do so. I can’t wait to go back this summer and stay at her place again’. I hope it’s available.

Great location, right by attractions and restaurants. The place itself was quiet and well kept. We did not take advantage of the kitchen but everything we needed was available. I would highly recommend for a quick or a long stay

I was traveling with two friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed Liz's place--it was clean, comfortable, had lots of supplies for cooking, and was well-located to Santa Fe (and Trader Joe's!). We had a delicious dinner at Tune-Up. I always appreciate when the host has coffee and filters waiting for us to use. And I especially appreciate a clean, comfortable space that feels like home. Great place!

We had a really nice stay here. The house was very clean, with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The batteries on the door lock went dead, but I was able to reach the host right away and she let me know where to find replacement batteries. She also offered to come over and replace, but it was simple enough for us to do. That was all the help we needed and she was very responsive. The house is walkable to the central Plaza area. Overall a nice place and I would recommend.

We visit Santa Fe once a year to relax and enjoy all this area has to offer. This place was perfect for our needs. Great kitchen, good combination of common areas for the whole group to be together plus separate areas for alone time. Sandra was very responsive and a great host. We will stay here again in the future.

This was a cozy, well furnished and wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe. Private outdoor seating areas for both bedrooms and a great patio as well made the outdoor space exceptional. House had great light and was super comfortable in a quiet neighborhood within 15-20 min walk or 3 min drive to downtown/plaza area. A newer washer/dryer and a great kitchen would make this a great potential choice for a long term stay as well. Beverly was a fabulous host- super responsive, flexible and accommodating! I would look no further when returning to Santa Fe, especially if you need a dog friendly home!

Fantastic stay in Santa Fe! 10 min walk from the Plaza, and a 5 min walk to other restaurants. Very easy to get onto 285 to go adventures. Kitchen was awesome. Outdoor patio was great to have right there, and hot tub was super nice. Stayed here with a 1 year old, and was the perfect place for our little family!

Peter’s place was comfortable, clean, and a lovely place to stay for a few days while exploring Santa Fe. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax. Peter was helpful and communicative. Thank you, Peter!

Paul's place is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the location for walking to restaurants, The Plaza, the Railyard (Farmer's Market), and Whole Foods. Paul's was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked until checkout. We highly recommend Paul's place!

Our family of 4 enjoyed two nights at Jesse's condo. It was a tight squeeze, but perfect for a place to crash at night. My children were absolutely fascinated by the skylights and beautiful landscaping. It took us a minute to figure out where to park, but it's exactly as provided in the instructions and we were always able to park immediately outside the walkway to the door. It is close walking to the plaza and all the nearby amenities. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area.

I loved it here and greatly appreciated the wonderful hosts. I was happy how quiet it was. Felt like home, not some half-way Airbnb like others do, and you hear no car or road nor barely a neighbor. Great location, close enough but not too close. Beautiful places to walk around here. Great TVs with FireSticks and the big bed was nice. If you need it, just ask, but you probably won’t! - but if so these super cool hosts are happy to help! Great covered parking and laundry in-unit, gated community so no riffraff around but super chill vibe once inside with everybody quietly doing their own thing

What a wonderful place this was for our girl’s trip & first visit to Santa Fe. Beautiful space, decorated beautifully. I especially appreciated the soft linens & different weight blankets & both firm and soft pillows. So close to central also! We’d love to return! Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Perfect location in downtown Santa Fe with easy access to so many local shops and restaurants. Easy check in, extremely clean, the living spaces were great - plenty of room! Note that there are stairs to access the unit and also to the bedrooms upstairs. This unit is WONDERFUL for a family or couples. It is downtown so there can be some evening noise outside, but that is expected in a downtown location with walkable amenities. I would highly recommend, and I would rent this for every future trip to Santa Fe for our family!
