This stunning fully-renovated home is located on the flats, within walking distance to Vons and 4 blocks from the beach. This 5 bedroom all with TVs, 3-bath home comes with an outdoor gas grill, patio and seating. There is an extra room that is a pass through room going upstairs ( this room isn’t private , though does have a sleeper sofa). The kitchen has new appliances with gas stove, dishwasher and attached laundry room. This home is great for families, large groups and corporate retreats.

Enjoy a stylish experience at our beautifully refurbished mid-century modern beach retreat. Our house was voted a favorite on Catalina Island. Two bedrooms ensuite, with bathrooms. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Wrap around deck with gas grill and views. Not too high on the hill to walk to all of Catalinas main attractions, restaurants, bars and attractions but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the island.
