Great cottage design with a balance of of style and old charm. Private patio and onsite parking. Located a few blocks away from downtown in a quiet part of Santa Barbara. You will be able to walk to downtown or take a short drive to most locations in Santa Barbara. City is going to start some kind of road maintenance in sept until novemeber. The apartment covers 630 square feet (60 square meters).
