This well placed Villa is walking distance to the beach,hotel,swimming pool& mashie course.Built right onto the dam,one can enjoy tranquil morning coffee's or evening BBQ's/sundowners on the patio. There is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and drier), dining room, lounge and patio with built in BBQ/Braai.JOJO Tank. A cleaning service could be provided as needed, EXCEPT Sundays or public holidays!! Please arrange with the host.

The flat that has recently been refurbished throughout is at ground level with spectacular sea and breaker views from the living room and main bedroom. The patio frontage has a gas braai and lounge suite that can seat 6 people. This is a great break away in a secure estate suitable for families and couples. It is a safe environment for all, with access to a Blue Flag beach. There is an 18 Hole Championship golf course, 9 hole mashie course, tennis courts, bowling green, squash courts, gym and spa. There is also a great MTB Trail for the cycling enthusiasts. There is a nature trail and the heath enthusiast they can get their daily run in around the estate.

Right on the beach in Palm Beach

Lovely open plan apartment directly on the main beach of the quiet Palm Beach. 100m from the local pub and restaurant and a small convenience store plus laundry. We have solar, lithium batteries and JoJo tanks on the property so no problem with water or loadshedding. Please note: The property is not suitable for infants or children.
