Historic Craftsman Style Boutique House

This beautiful craftsman style house is over 110 years old and still has all the original woodwork making it cozy and inviting. It is also tastefully decorated with art and antique furniture giving it a very unique and boutique feel. Because the house is perfectly situated between downtown and Washington Park it is ideal for those doing business in the city center or tourists visiting the historic sites. My goal is to offer a comfortable , unique, and satisfying experience for all my guests.

We have character! This hip old loft has seen the Who's Who of skateboarders including TONY HAWK TWICE! Many top pros have their boards on the walls, and the whole place is filled w/ skateboarding history. Today the area is enjoying a rebirth thanks to 36 years of revitalization projects, culminating in comfort and convenience for todays adventurer! Most guests don't skate, but they still love it! This historic home has the charm of the old house with the new Modern style set up. It is 3 mins drive from downtown Springfield. Within 5 mins drive to the medical district and the historical sites. This basement unit offers a full-sized memory foam mattress with a private bathroom. 55” TV. A dedicated work space, a romantic dining area. It has microwave, coffee machine,toaster and portable stove,front-load Samsung washer & dryer. (Washer & dryer are shared with main floor unit guests!)

The apartment is accessed by a combination key box and a modern elevator. The 700 sq ft apartment is self-contained with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom plus a private balcony. The apartment features huge windows that overlook 6th ST (old Rt 66) below. A close walk to all the Lincoln sites.

Full studio apartment by the best Springfield park

Historic home attic converted to a private 3rd floor apartment, featuring private kitchen and bathroom. Located just two blocks from what many would agree is the best park in Springfield, with a pond, a botanical garden, tennis courts, a playground, and nice roads to run, walk, bike, or skate on. We are also very close to downtown as well as other commercial areas. This space is on the 3rd floor with private access from outdoor stairs and keypad entry.

Large Updated Historic Beauty

Pet-friendly, large home near the hospitals, downtown shopping, and Lincoln sites! Boasts 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and large privacy fenced yard. This house can sleep 12 people. The master bedroom is a wonderful, relaxing oasis with a large soaking tub in a huge “wet room” with a shower. On the 3rd floor is a video game room with a PS4 and multiple games. Bring your pets and whole family to enjoy this beautifully updated historic home!

This home is on a very private and quiet lane across the street from Washington Park. Your front yard is Pasfield Park Golf Course in a unique country setting only five minutes from downtown and the State Capitol. Please note that we do not currently allow unauthorized invite parties or gatherings of non-registered guests of any sort. This place is one of a kind! a romantic getaway, a couple girls or guys spot, or a boudoir photos venue. This historic open concept 1,100 sqft studio building has party & black lights, speakers, 12’ shuffleboard table, an 11’ hand painted mural, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen beds and an over sized 9’ futon couch, two work stations, a built in jacuzzi tub and a private bathroom w/ shower.
