When you are not enjoying the lake, the house provides many spaces for your favorite yard games, a screen house to play cards or have a drink and unwind in large hot tub!

We are happy to share with you our coastal, colonial home set on eight acres along the Kennebunk River. Enjoy our quaint, warm home just 5 min to the beach and 3 minutes to Cape Arundel Golf Club. Our 4 bdrm, 2.5 bathroom suits short or long term stays. The location is ideal: 6 min from Kennebunkport, 15 min from Biddeford, and 30 min from Portland or Portsmouth! We hope to make you feel at home with the morning birds chirping and the calmness of the river just in back of the property.

Modernly updated 1860's cape with uneven lines and uniqueness. The home has 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. The stairs to the second floor can pose a challenge to young children or older people. The 1st floor has a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a walk in shower. The main entrance is off the patio on to a sunroom that has a washer and dryer. The home is on a 1.5 acre lot that is shared with the owners work barn. The back yard is private with lawn, flower beds and lots of trees.

For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Enjoy peace and tranquility on your private back deck, the amazing salt water hot tub (exclusively use) new sauna, heated seasonal outdoor shower, deep bathtub (showering is tricky for people taller then 5'5)with bluetooth speaker.Comfortable king size bed with European bedding and a single fold out foam mattress on the 1st floor, that was just finished as another relax area, with 70" TV, record player, hammock & hanging chair.
