Your personal path brings you to a cheery 700 SF basement space with street parking in a suburban setting. The space is ideal for 1-2 people & separate office includes desk, lamp, chair & high-speed wifi No cooking allowed though close to many great restaurants & microwave & hot water kettle provided. Since we live upstairs you may hear footsteps & quiet voices. Day trips nearby abound! Easy access to I-5 & I-205 Due to allergies unable to accept pets. NO smoking or vaping on our property 🚭

Entire space is very private. Enjoy the cozy modern 1 bedroom queen bed, 2 large sofas that are comfortable to sleep on, oversize soaking tub large walk-in closet , 2 TVs, Blue Ray player, stereo, gorgeous private garden with table seating & tranquil water, feature, & private entry. 5 minute drive to downtown, 2 minute walk to get to Forest Park trails. Several amazing restaurants just minutes away. There is a pet fee or $40 each pet. Preferably just one pet or the fee is $70 for two.

THE BUNGALOW (Private Guest House)

I was raised on the Oregon Coast, love the Beach and Ocean, it is so restful and place to get close to God. I'm a retired Interior Designer, Love table games, travel, cook, friends, organizing get together s, My God, family and where I live is the best place in the US. The Bungalow is a separate guest house get away, There is a hide-a-bed, in case you have a third person space to enjoy your home away from home. Great for solo, business, pleasure, couples or more. Rustic Creekside Cabin

This tranquil hideaway feels like you're in the middle of the forest, but is just minutes from Portland. Relax next to the burbling creek surrounded by towering cedar trees. The MAX Orange line and downtown Milwaukie are only five minutes away. Built in 1928, the cabin has one bedroom and bathroom, living room, full kitchen and central heat. The bedroom has one queen bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a pull-out queen futon in the living room.
