Country Living in a Forest Setting

Come stay in your own cozy, rustic mini apartment, a little over 25 minutes from the Portland suburbs, and about 45 minutes from downtown Portland. Our home sits on two wooded acres. You'll have a private deck, private bathroom, private entrance, and private living space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon/sofa in the living area that makes a twin-size bed. Check-in time is after 4 pm. Early check-in is possible, just contact us. No Smokers! One pet on approval, up to 45lbs.

From here you can walk to see what's buzzing in downtown Stevenson. Or you can break away from the hive and get out to see the waterfalls and scenery of this amazing place. Skamania lodge is less than 2 miles away. Whether you want to hike, kite, read or just get some much needed R&R, whatever it is that moves you, The Apiary is your honey-sweet home base.

Studio apartment designed with the essentials for relaxing. Get cozy by the gas fireplace with a book from our little library, work on your laptop in the desk nook or make an outdoor fire + star-gaze on the patio. Enjoy the mid-century furnishings, the nice sheets + towels and be sure to write a letter - letterpress cards + stamps are for your use. Quiet neighborhood with good coffee (Bison!), steps from breakfast (Beeswing), and near Beaumont Village (Pip's Donuts!). Only 10 mins to airport!

Hidden Garden Cottage

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

A cozy log cabin, nestled in a grove of Douglas Firs on the Mt. Hood Corridor. A 5 minute walk to the Sandy River, less than 1 mile to Highway 26. Covered front porch, large back deck with BBQ, firepit (seasonal). Private hot tub surrounded by woodlands. 2 full bedrooms, one bonus sleeping room with a single bed. This bright, newly renovated home in the Southwest Hills is just minutes away from OHSU, Marquam Nature Trail, downtown Portland and Council Crest. The 2-bedroom flat provides plenty of space for guests, and also equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom with everything you'll need during your visit. Located in the quiet and historic Homestead neighborhood with free parking, this home is the perfect location for families and groups on their Portland vacation or business stay.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

Rustic Creekside Cabin

This tranquil hideaway feels like you're in the middle of the forest, but is just minutes from Portland. Relax next to the burbling creek surrounded by towering cedar trees. The MAX Orange line and downtown Milwaukie are only five minutes away. Built in 1928, the cabin has one bedroom and bathroom, living room, full kitchen and central heat. The bedroom has one queen bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a pull-out queen futon in the living room.

Be one of the first to enjoy my beautiful, light filled, newly built 2 story, one bedroom guest house. Furnished and decorated in classic Pacific Northwest Style.
