Historic Irvington home, located on quiet, safe, tree lined street in the center of one of Portland's best neighborhoods. Your private apartment was recently renovated, and features stylish design, furnishings and a spacious, open layout. Walking/biking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops and night life in the city. Close to public transportation. *There are two medium (30lb), very sweet dogs on the property. Completely separate apartment. 10 years as a LEGAL Airbnb, legit not fake Permit (many aren't); and Super Hosts. Quiet, shaded courtyard sitting area. Quiet apt. No kids, pets, or smokers live here. Fast WIFI, full kitchen, HDTV, CATV, W/D. 2024 laminate; tile. Unusual perks: Well-lit, level, easy street parking. Quiet street. 15-20' to PDX 24/7. Walkable to SE Portland's best food, pubs, shops, etc.

Perfect Portland hideaway! Fully equipped studio apartment situated within walking distance to Belmont and Hawthorne street, these areas offer some of the best of everything Portland has to offer!
