This brand new construction second floor one bedroom condo accommodates up to 2 guests. The unit is close to local hiking trails. Step Falls Preserve, Mount Will recreation area, Grafton Notch State Park, Sunday River Ski resort Mount Abram ski area and the Appalachian trail are all close by. The condo has a beautiful deck which faces East and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning. The bathroom has heated floors. Please turn them down to 45 upon checkout. The bedroom has a queen size bed.

Downstairs family room provides large couch, tv, games, puzzles, etc for the kids while the adults enjoy some quiet time in the upstairs kitchen/living room. Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

This condo has a boat slip and shared kayaks for your use. Walking distance to most restaurants, shops, park, ATV/snowmobile trails, and theater.

Welcome to First Tracks! Located right on mountain bike trails and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. With epic hiking, waterfall swims, disc golf, zip lining and mountain biking right out the back door we've got your vacation covered. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs and a hot tub to soothe your tired muscles after a day of play. Sugarloaf in the summer is magical. Pool Heater turns on 12/12/25! Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
