This newly built and stylish Snells Beach apartment offers a tranquil and relaxing setting for your well-earned break. Nestled just across the road from the beach, with its own covered outdoor area and private entrance, you can kick back and relax while gazing at the view of Kawau Bay right in front of you. Wander along the beach then fall asleep with the gentle sound of the waves and bird calls. The Matakana Coast has so much to offer and you'll enjoy exploring the beaches, vineyards and cafes.

We are in a very special location close to Snells Beach Town Centre, and charming Matakana Village with specialty shops, weekend farmers market, cafes, and numerous wineries throughout the area. Pets welcome its their holiday as well. This is paradise.

Braemar Cottage - new, peaceful, stunning views!

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

FIG HOUSE - Matakana Country Retreat

Welcome to Fig House. A Beautiful self contained nature inspired studio. French linen bedding, natural oak cabinetry with a stunning rural outlook. Make yourself a cup of tea, pour a wine + read a book. Tennis and Pétanque court available for you to use + children's playground. Wifi + Smart TV. Room @ No. Two

Boutique accomodation minutes from the village. Room @ No Two is a private guest room and en-suite. It has gorgeous sun and relaxing views overlooking lush green countryside. We provide tea, coffee and muesli. There is a small fridge to keep your market goodies chilled. You’ll have your own private access, car park, a lovely bathroom, TV and Wifi. You’ll also have your own seated outside area which catches the late afternoon sun, this is a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Omakana Cabin – Scenic Farm Stay w/ Sleepout

Wake up in a world of serenity at our guest-favorite Cabin with a new sleepout - perfect for extra guests or remote work. Nestled on a scenic farm between Matakana and Omaha Beach, enjoy a king bed in the main cabin, queen bed and desk in the sleepout, tasteful decor, and modern amenities. Unwind on the private deck or explore the farm. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, or digital nomads. Sleepout is available for bookings of 3+ guests.

The Little Guest House, Matakana

The little guest house is warm, clean and sunny. Enjoy the comfy queen bed and fresh cotton linens. Set in a convenient location to enjoy all that Matakana and it’s surrounds has to offer, with easy parking and access. Wake up to birdsong and listen to the Tui's during the day. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and a small bar fridge are provided. Less than 5 minutes walk to the center of beautiful Matakana Village.

This centrally located apartment built in 2023 is just a short stroll from all that Matakana has to offer. Walk to the markets, movie theatre, shops and restaurants or nip directly across the road to 8 Wired Brewery. Everything is at your fingertips. Furnished in a coastal/Scandi style with modern appliances, full kitchen, king sized bed, underfloor bathroom heating, heat pump, TV and wifi.

The cosy cabins are less than an hour North of Auckland tucked away at the base of the Dome Valley reserve which is 5 minutes drive from Warkworth and 15 minutes to Matakana.
