Cozy private guest apartment (990 sf) with use of lakeshore and seasonal dock (June-September). Two private bedrooms, full kitchen, dining & washer/dryer. 8.6 miles to town. Only 35 minutes to Schweitzer parking. Walking trails, skiing and golf nearby. Lots of wildlife. This unit is suited to people who enjoy outdoor recreation. StarLink internet access.There is a flight of stairs to access the apartment not suitable for wheelchair access. Please no Smoking, Pets, Parties or unregistered guests!

Built & furnished with the finest materials. Lakefront. Private dock. Serene. Optional Power Boat for rent on site. As a legal and permitted Airbnb, we are limited to 2 cars and 6 people on the property. We get dozens of requests to host weddings, which we must regretfully decline each.

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Downtown Sandpoint Condo

We love our Condo Del Sol condo for so many reasons! It's perfect for quick access to summer water sports on Lake Pend Oreille or winter skiing at Schweitzer. This updated condo is well situated in downtown Sandpoint. It's about a 10 min walk to all of downtown storefronts and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to City Beach Park. Onsite amenities include water views, 2 pools (mid May-mid Sept use), kayak/SUP launch points, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and BBQ area.

Right on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille in downtown Sandpoint's waterfront residence, this bright, airy, and beachy corner-unit condo is a beautiful retreat to revive + rejuvenate in every season of sun or snow. Our home is a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach, Utara, Fat Pig, Matchwood Brewing, Mickduff’s Beer Hall, Evans Brother’s Coffee, Pend Oreille Winery, and a handful of boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios. We are just a 25 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

Sandpoint Cottage - Great location!

You’ll love my sweet cottage for its cozy interior, beautiful yard, and quiet, historic neighborhood. This house is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The location of the cottage is ideal for its walkable distance to downtown Sandpoint, Memorial Field (home of the Festival at Sandpoint) and best of all, it's a short walk to the shore of Lake Pend Oreille. With high quality amenities, including air conditioning, your stay here will be comfortable.

Cozy life on the lake.

This sweet little condo on the lake has been remodeled to feature nice clean lines and custom finish. Enjoy Lake Pend Oreille and marina views from the living room, kitchen and of course the porch. The town of Sandpoint is only a few blocks away so enjoy the short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and our famous city beach. Bring your kayak or SUP and launch out the back door. Winter time here is all about Schweitzer and its an easy drive to the mountain-11 miles.

Located 5 minute walking distance from Beyond Hope Camping Resort & 10 minutes to Sam Owens Campground. Hope Marina & Boat launch is just a quick 5 minute drive and roughly 20 minute drive to Sandpoint. The Idaho Club Golf Course is about 15 minute drive, Schweitzer is about 40 minutes to top of mtn.
