Welcome to a piece of the Comox Valley history. Our character family home was an original farmhouse built in 1910. Settled between farmlands and the ocean, take your pick for scenery. Mountain & glacier views, walk across the street and you can be in the water with your kayak or paddleboard in minutes. Located in the very unique Jordan River Hamlet, the place is perfect for a surfing retreat, exploring and hiking the multiples trails and beaches around or simply relax surrounded by red cedars. Sit by the fire listening to the majestic creek flowing nearby, or cuddle on our couch with your love ones by the fireplace. A true west coast experience.

Cliff Top Family Home Over Looking the Ocean

This beautiful home is located on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island with a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. It offers a landscaped yard with chairs to relax in to admire the views. There is a smaller cottage that the owners live in on site in an adjacent building. This is their personal home and live in it during the year. Please note that we have two private areas that will be closed off to guests in the house. We have a golden doodle named Treble who may pop over for a visit.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Helliwell Bluffs

Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. Watch the storms or the full moon from the bedroom.
