A beautiful place to stay. It’s special piece of history preserved in a pristine location. Spectacular sunsets at the base of the Sandia mountains. Wanna unwind, like nature and be close enough to explore what Albuquerque and Santa Fe have to offer? This is the place.

First time visiting Albuquerque, great place to stay, the weather had different plans during our stay, but the host was very accommodating, even refunding a portion of the cost due to the unexpected climate conditions. Overall It was as Great! My very hard to please 9 year old gave it a 10 out of 10 stars. Pretty cool, I Highly recommend this location.

Owner was very helpful and proactive. Communication was excellent. The pool people were scheduled to come during our stay and they sent us a charcuterie board for the inconvenience! What a nice touch!

The house was wonderful, my kids loved the pool and it was hot enough from the sun we didn’t have to heat it. The location was very quiet and peaceful. And I loved that we could use the garage. Worth it.

Casa de Luz and Jane are both absolutely delightful. We had such a great time swimming and playing at Jane’s house. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather together or spread out depending on what we were in the mood for, and it’s only a quick 10 minutes to the grocery store and 25-30 into Albuquerque so we were close to anything we could have possibly needed during our stay. Jane’s hospitality is 10/10, she goes above and beyond and exemplifies the “mi casa, su casa” spirit. The hummingbirds and quail were constant visitors and a real treat to watch from the pool. I fell in love with NM on this trip, and I look forward to staying with Jane next time I’m here :)

Great place and lovely location in a quiet mountain neighborhood. It was exactly what we needed - big enough for 10 of us. Merigen was a great host, super helpful and communicative and helped me make a last minute change in the reservation. Lots of fun things to do - the kids are mostly grown but they absolutely loved the game room. So many amazing little touches - lots of throw blankets, binoculars, strategically placed coffee!, space heaters, huge game library, and we used the Bluetooth speaker the entire time to play Christmas music. The one very minor constructive advice I might offer would be that having a lower-set bed on the same floor with a bathroom would be amazing. It was a bit of a struggle to get my father in law situated and we didn’t want to put him in the casita by himself. Otherwise - epic stay and we would definitely stay again ! Can’t forget to mention the swing dance party we had in the “ballroom”. Thanks Merigen!!

This was the second time we have stayed at Sandia Skies. The view is beautiful and the home is perfect. James went above and beyond helping us out with a late checkout. He was very quick to respond and very patient. We really enjoy this place. Definitely recommend the home and the host. Thanks again James and Brenda.

Rustic, restorative, quiet and calming for the senses. We live in Albuquerque and needed a calming retreat. The home is a delight. Lots of personality in woodwork and tile. There are abundant windows with beautiful views. A very unique property in a beautiful setting. 100 steps to the river. Morning coffee was appreciated along with a beautiful mountain view. If you need to rest and recharge in a quiet beautiful space, you'll love this charming property and unique setting.

Great house with an amazing view!! We even got to enjoy watching the quail run around the front yard. Restaurants and stores nearby.

The Home was very beautiful. Super spacious. Had everything we needed & more. My family loved this home & everyone wanted to stay longer. Home was very clean. Bed were very comfortable.

I was very pleased, nice quiet neighborhood. I think it’s a great place for a family who wants to experience Albuquerque. Whether it be for the Bloom festival or the arts. Great location, 20 minutes or less from everything pretty much.

The home was amazing. It was very clean and setup great. The hosts are very good at what they do. They had all the essentials already there (shampoo, detergent, coffee pods, etc). The beds and furniture are all very comfortable and high quality. My wife loved the decor of the house and took pictures to steal ideas for our house. The backyard is setup perfect. I can not recommend staying here enough. Thanks for everything!

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay. Kristy communicated with me early on which made me feel most comfortable in my choice of places to stay since I didn't know the area. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her in person as well. She made my friend and I feel right at home. Her place was everything the description said it was. It was one of if not the cutest places I have stayed. I plan on returning to Albuquerque and will try to stay there again. The house was quite warm feeling and in a quiet neighborhood. For the money, it just can't be beat. We were attending the Balloon Fiesta. I don't think we could have gotten any closer to the park by staying anywhere else. Kristy was quite prompt in answering all of my questions. Yes, I highly recommend Kristy and her property and plan on staying with there again.

Great place for us to stay when we visited for family celebration.

Annie's cabin is beautiful. The surrounding mountains can be seen from every room. Annie was also very flexible with the Check in and check out timings. she also let us play her beautiful banjo. the cabin is close to multiple hiking trails and the hot springs bathing rooms/pools

From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. Whitney was there to welcome us and show us around. We loved every inch of her lovely adobe home, with comfortable, authentic furnishings. When friends visited, they loved it, too. We spent many sunny days out on the patio, and ate in our private outdoor dining area under the evening stars. The beds are cocoons of comfort, and we slept well. We walked to the village to explore shops, galleries, and eateries -- loved Hannah and Nates, Village Pizza, Perea's, and the treasure store. Met lots of interesting people -- at concerts and lectures sponsored by the historical society at old church down the road, in a Spanish conversation group at the senior center, and walking around the neighborhood. People drive slow, everyone waves, and riders on horseback pass by frequently. It's a quiet, peaceful retreat that is convenient to shopping and entertainment. I loved my time there, the home is lovely, and the hosts are exceptional. Quick add: kitchen +++

This house was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved everything about it! Would stay again! Host was lovely and helpful. Location was peaceful and convenient to everywhere we went. Loved the view of the Sandia crest just outside the house. The kids loved the foosball table. Everything was better than in pictures! We spent 10 days over the holidays and had a wonderful stay.

The airbnb has a living room and front porch area that looks straight at The Sandias!! The outdoor area in the middle of the airbnb is also nice to hangout in. Location is a bit far from everything, but that's in exchange for the view. The only thing I can think of the house rules are very strict ($800 for having more people than listed, smoking 50 feet away from the property, etc.), but Melanie was super nice when I asked her if I could have a few classmates over to celebrate my graduation. Overall a fun and nice place for my family and friends to stay at(:

Absolutely loved our stay. Felt like home, cozy, lots of extra blankets which we love! Now that it’s getting hot the house got pretty warm inside but was perfect in the evenings, especially if you’re out during the day. Beds were super comfy and fit my family great. I wouldn’t mind staying here on future trips!

Katrina is a literal angel sent from up above! Her & her family are so welcoming into their beautiful little casita. It is so quiet and peaceful!!!
