This beautiful, spacious and well-equipped apartment with free parking is a perfect base when you are going on a trip to Prekestolen, Stavanger, working at Forus or experiencing the region with its fjords, mountains and sea. The apartment contains everything you can imagine for a pleasant and relaxed stay. You have a view of the fjord, mountains and historic garden with the opportunity to rent my boat. As a host, I am almost always nearby and do my best to arrange a memorable stay. Welcome.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

Beautiful Sandved Park is less than 10 mins walk away, with a cafe and blissfull stream surrounded by oak treas. Feel at home in our beautiful apartment equipped with everything you may need and enjoy the private garden right outside your front door. 7 mins walk to grocery shop. 20 mins train ride into Stavanger. Highway 2 mins by car.

Welcome to my colorful home! Bring your family and friends to this amazing place with room for fun and beautiful sunsets. This spacious apartment is perfect for spending quality time. 15 minute walk to the trainstation, and the bus is just outside the front door. The park of Sandved is a short 3 minute walk away, which leads to the city centre of Sandnes or to the lake of Stokkeland. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.

Ønsker du å oppleve Rogaland så ligger Sandnes fint plassert med mye spennende aktiviteter innenfor rekkevidde. Her kan man enkelt komme seg til Prekestolen, Lysebotn, Kjerag, Kongeparken og ikke minst de nydelige sandstrendene på Jæren. Leiligheten er helt ny. Terrasse med hagemøbler i sommerhalvåret. Vi er imøtekommende og har god dialog med våre gjester. Ligger i Sandnes sentrum, 2 minutter å gå til jernbane.

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. 10 minutter gange til nærmeste dagligvare (Coop extra Smeaheia, eller REMA1000 Lurabyen) Kvadrat kjøpesenter ligger også like i nærheten, gå avstand. Ca 15 min med bil til Stavanger Forum Expo (ONS). Det går også buss like ved leiligheten, flere av de lokale grønne bussene «Kolumbus» går forbi ONS lokalet. Disse er gratis om du viser ONS badge.

Her er det gå avstand til matbutikker, og god kollektivtransport som buss, tog og båt for å ta seg rundt i regionen. Stedet har gratis parkering. Men ikke elbil lading. Nydelig utsikt utover byen og til havet. Uteplass, hagemøbler og grill muligheter.
