Welcome to Luau Landing! Luau resort is the perfect getaway...located directly in the middle of Sandestin. There are so many amenities at this resort, you won't need (or want) to leave! Our guests LOVE the quick access from this condo to both the pool and the beach! There are also restaurants within walking distance so no driving is needed!! Luau Sandestin Remodeled Studio-Magnificent views

Our condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. You'll love my place because it is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated. I provide TRAM Access, reliable WIFI, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. I have a King size bed and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink, a renewed mid size refrigerator and one of the best view of the building .

LOCATION!Baytown Wharf . One of the only studio floor plans with an L-shape layout making it feel like a one bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit .The wet bar- style kitchenette provides the cooking tool you need without sacrificing space . The bathroom is featuring a shower/tub combination. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and lengthy darkening drapes will keep the interior cool and comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony!

Our fully furnished and upgraded family vacation condo is right at the beach with unobstructed Gulf views from the living room, balcony and the kitchen.
