Our renovated historic cottage is surrounded by the best restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. While only 100 steps to Il Cortile for dinner or Spearhead Coffee for a latte, the space remains quiet and private! This original carriage house is a turn of the century building and has a peek a boo wall into the original barn door which is still in place! The fenced yard has a brick patio, seating for six, and a grape trellis. Kids under 2 don't count towards occupancy limit. Tax included in price!

The back house is a 2bd 1ba "studio-like" space connected to the main home by a beautiful deck with an outdoor shower. This is the perfect property to house multiple families! Large fenced lot with parking for up to 5 vehicles. Centrally located and just a few blocks from the pier!

Beachwalk cottage. Hear the waves!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.

Well, this is definitely a vacation rental that you will not forget from the moment you arrive to the property. The home has been passionately decorated inside and out. There are ocean views from almost ever room in the home, not to mention the two exterior decks where guests can lounge. The neighborhood is all residential and peaceful.
