Nestled in a quiet suburban street just across the bridge from San Remo with cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We are a 20 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, The Nobbies, 10 minutes from the Grand Prix Circuit and 15 minutes from Cowes. If fishing is your thing, bring your rod and catch whiting from the end of the street. Or if you have a boat, the Newhaven boat ramp is 2 mins away. This is the perfect base to enjoy Phillip Island explore the delights of South Gippsland.

Drive 20 minutes to penguin parade, 5 minutes to San Remo shops, cafes & restaurants. Enjoy walking tracks, fishing, wetlands and rock pools to explore.

Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

New apartment in a fantastic quiet location 10 mins easy stroll to the waters edge and town. Property consists of one big living area, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with most necessities supplied. Very clean and tidy ground floor apartment with easy check-in. Located at the front of the premises. It is self contained with it's own private entry and north facing verandah and views towards the sea. Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

The home is tidy and welcoming for your arrival - you have the place completely to yourselves. The house is older but loved by my family and so many return visitors. We feel it’s a welcoming coastal home to escape to with your family and friends and beloved pet also. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
