Este acogedor loft te permite tener la comodidad y ubicación ideal para tu estadía. Cuenta con todos los servicios y un balcón con hermosas vistas. A solo unos pasos puedes encontrar variedad de restaurantes (¡ incluso en el mismo edificio !), cafés bares, edificios y monumentos históricos, mercado de artesanías. La buena ubicación te permite tener fácil acceso a todas las zonas de la ciudad y en 15 minutos puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto internacional La Aurora, tomando un Uber o taxi.

It's a very comfortable, spacious and nice place, right in the heart of Guatemala City. It has a great view because it's located in the 11th floor. You can find different restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops and touristic places nearby. It has a queen bed, sofa bed, another huge sofa, bathroom with hot water, washer and dryer machine, dining room, a desk where you can work on your computer, Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, HBO and cable TV. There is an EcoFilter for water and a fan. IT INCLUDES PARKING.

Toma en cuenta que hay construcciones cercana (puede haber ruido) No contamos con parqueo en el edificio, pero si con parqueo gratis privado en el edificio QUO (cerca del alojamiento). Próximamente tendremos parqueo propio en el edificio.
