Ubicado, hermoso, nuevo y elegante departamento

Disfruta de una experiencia con estilo en este alojamiento céntrico, cerca de Reforma e Insurgentes. El departamento tiene un cuarto de grandes ventanas con una cómoda cama matrimonial y un baño completo, una cocina hermosa con puertas replegables que transforman la estancia en un espacio elegante con un comedor de calidad al lado de una linda sala con televisión. El edificio es hermoso, de fachada clásica y áreas comunes modernas. Contamos también con una pequeña pero perfecta área de trabajo.

Hospitality by Barrio Local. Modern and contemporary, this 48 m2 studio is perfect for a typical Mexican "Barrio" experience. Close by the main places of CDMX. La San Rafael is a calm and family neighbourhood. The studio is well equipped in order to provided a safe and nice space for people who already know México and when to explore the city in a deeper way. There is no self check-in 24/7. If you flight land after 18:30 pm, please do not book since the check-in can't be done after 20:00 pm.

Renovado totalmente, con todos los servicios para una comoda estancia, ubicado en un 3 piso y 1 lugar de estacionamiento. Excelente ubicación en zona comercial/residencial segura y muy cercana a Polanco, Condesa y al Centro Historico Supermercados, mercado, tienditas, restaurantes, farmacias y metro San Cosme a la mano. Acceso muy cercano a vías como Reforma, Insurgentes y Circuito Interior. Servicio de limpieza a petición del huésped. Flexibilidad de check in / out segun disponibilidad.

Pretty pretty pretty apt with Patio en la Juárez

Push open folding big doors first thing in the morning and step onto a green patio for a blast of fresh air and daylight. The big floor to ceiling doors keeps the apt ventilated and fresh. High ceilings with clay and wood beams, bunch of light, and artesanal tiles and wood floor. The place is silent, carefully decorated, very nice for work or just to be here.
