A very quiet studio with a private entrance, located in a nice neighborhood at East Richmond Heights.; easy free way access, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores , and Parks are near by. A new shower, a new counter and sink just installed. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed. About 15 minutes drive to UC Berkeley, Oakland. About 18 miles to downtown San Francisco. About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

Come and enjoy this 1-bed unit. A cozy and bright bedroom with a comfy Queen bed. The living room consists a dedicated dining area and a relaxing area with sofa and TV. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Separate entrance, complete privacy, Easy check in and out! two car parking at the front of the house, quiet cul-de-sac street, one block away from De-Anza high school, church...,

**Disclosures: Need to walk 2 flights of stairs down and another stairs up to get to the unit. See pics. Pls book only if you're ok with it.** Beautiful Wildcat Regional Park just a footstep away. Great views. Access to to the park through our backyard. Deers are regular guests. Cayotes can be seen occasionally. Squirrels roam our huge oak tree. Great place for hiking. Nearby large casino. Easy drive or take ferry to downtown San Francisco. Visit Sausalito, Muir Woods, or Six Flags theme park.

This San Pablo hills studio will make you feel like you are at home. It is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance and it’s own parking spot. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This studio is also: - 3 mins away from Hilltop Mall. - 3 miles away from Richmond Bart station. - 10 miles away from UC Berkeley. - 13 miles away from Oakland. - 20 miles away from San Francisco. -23 miles away from Walnut Creek. -29 miles away from Napa.

Private, Detached, Urban Creekside Studio.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

Relax on your private deck, listen to the sounds of nature while enjoying beautiful sunsets over the Bay! A hidden gem located on a quiet dead-end street, the space is filled with light & art —a wonderful retreat! This Bay view studio is centrally located, with easy access to highways, to SF (via the ferry if you like), to Berkeley, Oakland, Marin, the wine country & to the coast. The studio is walking distance to charming restaurants, bars, shopping, and great hiking trails.

This lovely, newly built studio with private entrance has lots of natural light and is ideal for travelers, visitors and students. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it's only a short 2-minute walk from El Cerrito Del Norte BART station, 3 stops from UC Berkeley and a direct 40min train ride to San Francisco. Five minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Amenities include your own kitchen, Wi Fi, private bathroom and free parking.

Rustic Cottage *****Hiking & Biking

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
