Comfortable upstairs unit in a duplex. Built in 1939 but updated to provide modern amenities. Great location near healthcare, shopping, restaurants and parks. Stroll down to San Marco square for dinner, drinks or a movie in the historic San Marco Theater. Close to sporting and entertainment venues. 30-minute drive to the beach. Well-equipped kitchen, back deck with grill, comfortable seating, office/den, king and queen beds. WiFi and Roku & digital antenna on TV. 2 parking spots.
