Our place offers a true great experience. Very centric house located at the heart of the urban area of San Juan. Just 15 min from the beach with exclusive pool access to guests. We assure you a unique apartment on the 3rd floor of the Atelier which has a separate entrance, with amenities for your comfort: Queen bed, TV, wifi, and AC, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, washing machine, and bathroom. Queen sofa bed and a balcony with a lovely view. 800 sq feet safety and quietness guaranteed.

The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in).
