Spent a lot of time in the kubo enjoying the sound of the waves while listening to my fave playlists (yes, they have a speaker!) + their free cheese bread (so good!!) that goes well with their coffee. Towels and sheets smell nice (love the beach towel design!). The bed was so comfy. Bathroom is clean with good water pressure (+ bidet!). I also enjoyed reading some of their guidebook and magazine (third time at elyu but it’s my first time having these “good reads” readily available in your room). Friendly staff and hosts who are kind enough to let me stay at the kubo hours before check in time and allowed me to leave my bag at the kubo after check out. The place felt so safe and peaceful (given it’s my first solo trip!). Thanks a lot Mylene & Lemon (+ sweet Scarlet)! I can see how this place is born out of passion and not just for business. Small details and location speak for itself. Will definitely come back (probably with my loved ones next time!).

We had such an awesome time here! The beach sunset view was amazing, and the room was super clean and comfy. I love that every spot had clear instructions, which made the stay super smooth and stress-free. The cozy kubo was the perfect spot to relax, and we absolutely loved Scarlet, the clingy cat and our sweetest unexpected plus one in the table. Oh, and the cheesy pandesal! So yummy! This place is highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Ms Lilibeth! 💕

Thank you for great stay! Enjoyed the beach. Cozy room for 6. Pet friendly no restrictions just be responsible - no fencing so just be mindful. Cute playful dogs onsite. Flexible on check in as we were held up by traffic. Thank you as well to Kuya jonathan.

we had an amazing time at ruby's unfortunately we had to leave early. the beach is beautiful water is clear. it is a fisherman's beach lots of boats and doggies

The place is good, perfect ambiance. Yun nga lang, medyo malayo sa bilihan or tindahan. Medyo madami ring lamok during our stay we have kids with us buti nalang we had insect repellant. Pero overall 100/100 l. Babalikan 🥰

Definitely one of the best locations to stay in LU. I just wished the rooms were a bit bigger esp on the left side of the bed, but nonetheless will still be back. Might try other rooms next time. Had no issues checking in since everything was laid out prior to visit. Wifi is also very stable for working! Can’t wait to be back 💫

We had fun staying at Dr. Neil's place. The room was clean and spacious, and had appliances and furniture that made our long-term stay more comfortable. Tita Marge and the rest of the family is helpful and friendly. The location is peaceful and away from the loud and crowded parts of the beach. I also love that there are other areas you can stay in. I love spending my mornings in the bar area to watch the beach. There is also a co-working space where you can get a glimpse of the beach. The internet at that time is not stable enough to use for work, so we bought a pocket wifi. Anyway, I love the place and we will definitely come back here. Thank you Dr. Neil and family!

This was my first Airbnb experience, and I’m so happy I chose Surfstar Elyu! The place looks exactly like the photos—super clean, cozy, and it even smells nice. Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy, no stress at all. When you’re inside your room, you wouldn’t feel the San Juan heat at all. It’s also in the quieter part of Urbiztondo, which made the whole stay feel extra chill. And I have to mention the free cheese bread—so good! Such a thoughtful touch.

Great location— it has shared kitchen and living room. Love the place very aesthetic and cozy. We will definitely book again in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay—no contest! Waking up to the stunning sea view was such a treat, and the sunset views from both the kubo and our balcony were just mesmerizing. The location is on the quieter side of the coast, which we really appreciated, yet still very accessible to some of the best cafés and restaurants in the area. Bonus points for the delicious bread in the pantry—such a thoughtful touch!

The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Location-wise, this place couldn't be better! Nestled in a not crowded area but, close to local attractions. Whether we decided to explore or just relax, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Without a doubt, the hospitality and service provided by our hosts were exceptional. Ensuring we had everything we might require for a perfect stay. Overall, our Vacation was nothing short of spectacular! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. An easy 11 out of 10!

Lan's place is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful getaway away from the crowds. The view from the third floor is stunning, especially when taking a dip in the pool with the sea as your backdrop. The room is cozy and offers a beautiful sunset view, making it the perfect spot to relax. We also loved that the place is pet-friendly—our fur baby had a great time! The only challenge we faced as commuters was the lack of nearby restaurants, but we made sure to keep the tricycle driver's number handy for quick trips to Urbiztondo. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
