You can enjoy the stellar views of Haro Strait and San Juan Island, as well as a chance to do some whale watching on your private patio. Our private suite is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. With our close proximity to the University of Victoria, Mount Douglas, dozens of beaches, and downtown Victoria, you are bound to find something to see and do every day of your visit.

The Nature Refuge

From the organic mattress to the garden space outside your door, I hope to offer you a space you will feel comfortable that adds to your stay in Port Townsend. Waterfront home Guest Wing with separate entrance, full bath, and bedroom with Queen Size Murphy Bed which folds away during the day. You can prepare light meals and the town of Edison, 6 miles away, has great dining options. Bring bikes, kayaks and cameras for exploring. Our large yard & deck with firepit, heater &barbecue will be safely shared. You will hear noise from the main house during non quiet hours and I will be doing various chores and coming and going through the yard.

Get away from the city life and visit Channel View Hideaway, nestled on an enchanting island, gateway to the San Juan's. Only 7 minutes away from Anacortes by ferry, with many site seeing opportunities to enjoy. Relax in a HOT TUB over-looking the Channel, after a long bike ride or hike. Guemes Island residents not only are known for their friendly hand waves, but are true environmentalists as well as some of the Northwest most creative musicians and artists.
