The fire pit and the hot tub increase the enjoyment the evenings under the stars. If you want to leave, Aztec is 10 minutes or Durango only 30. Tico Time is 10 minutes. Willow House a Vintage Retreat in the Country.

Willow House is a single wide vintage trailer (circa 1974) with an addition on the front and a deck/porch out back with a tightly fenced yard. We have refurbished and remodeled this home. People have called it charming, cozy and peaceful. Willow House is decorated in a unique vintage way. Willow House has a "new lease on life" on Airbnb and we welcome you for a short or long stay: 10% weekly and 30% monthly discount, applies when you reserve your stay. We welcome your dog.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $55 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

The house is located near the college, the mall, and many places to eat. As far as geography, it is centrally located between Ship Rock, the San Juan River, Navajo Dam, Chaco Canyon, and Durango CO. There is much to explore just by doing day trips. The San Juan River boasts of the best fly fishing, and Navajo Dam is one of the biggest lakes in NM stretching into Colorado.

River Valley Casita

You’ll love this casita, a relaxing peaceful setting close to many tourist attractions in Southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico. It makes a great base to launch from for Chaco Canyon NM, Mesa Verde National Monument, The Bisti Badlands, Purgatory Ski resort and amazing quality waters fishing on the San Juan River.
