Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos, y siempre quedamos encantados con el departamento, y la amabilidad de Maria T.

Jednoduchy stylovy byt s umeleckym duchem. Pekny vyhled do dvora, ktery byl pomerne tichy. Cecilia a jeji rodina byli velmi prijemni hostitele.

Califico 20/10 porque es precioso el apto. Muy amplio y cómodo. Me sorprendí de tener un quincho propio en el que pudimos disfrutar . La ubicación es excelente, a 7 cuadras del shopping mariscal, y a una cuadra tiene un super 24hs. La seguridad 24 hs también y muy amable. Todo fácil para moverse en auto. La zona es muy linda con edificios modernos. A pocos minutos de todo en auto. Y Marcelo nos sorprendió con unas gaseosas y chocolates de atención. Un gesto que mis hijos adoraron. Muy equipado con electrodomésticos impecables , hasta un lavasecarropas que no usamos pero que era precioso. La verdad un lujo. Volveremos con seguridad y recomiendo 100%.

I had a great stay at Guille's house. It's located in a beautiful lush neighborhood walkable to many great restaurants, shops and other amenities. Guille was great with communication and always there to help. The home is even bigger than the photos indicate - so much space! Air conditioning and water pressure/heat were very good. My flight arrived and departed late in the evening and this wasn't an issue for check-in/out. Recommended!

Tercera vez que nos alojamos en esta casa. Es muy cómoda y amplia. Cerca de supermercados, shopping, restaurante. Ideal para venir con niños. Venimos siempre a ver a la familia, y los espacios que tiene la casa son ideales para compartir ya sea al interior o exterior. Vicente(el cuidador) muy amable y siempre con buena disposición para ayudar en lo que se necesite.

Wir waren für eine Woche in Paraguay und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet und wir hatten dort alles, was wir brauchten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war zum Glück flexibel möglich, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Die Kommunikation mit Sergio verlief problemlos und schnell. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir können uns gut vorstellen nochmals zu kommen. Vielen Dank.

Enzo y su mama fueron muy amables, estuvieron siempre atentos, nos esperaron con una rica merienda y refrescos. La casa es mas linda que en las fotos, con todas las comodidades y en una linda zona (tranquila y cerca de shopping, 24 horas, etc)

Excelente alojamiento para disfrutar en familia, cerca de todo y las instrucciones para llegar son claras. Recomendado.

El departamento es muy cómodo y se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y agradable, con buen clima. Tienes todo lo necesario para cocinar, comer, y descansar, además de agua tanto caliente como fría. El check-in fue súper rápido, a pesar de que ingresamos y salimos de madrugada del edificio. Como hacía un poco de frío no hicimos uso de la piscina en la terraza pero tiene una vista espectacular de la ciudad, perfecta para conversar y disfrutar. Además de ello, Valentín es un excelente anfritrión; responde al segundo y siempre presto a ayudar y dialogar de sus experiencias en Paraguay, al igual que los porteros — sin dudas recomiendo esta ubicación!

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Excelente lugar. Tal y como está en la descripción. Más lindo y cómodo de lo q muestran las fotos! El encargado muy amable, muy dispuesto a solucionar un inconveniente menor que surgió. Muy recomendable.

Excelente departamento! Buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo, el dpto muy lindo, totalmente equipado, con dos habitaciones completas con dos camas matrimoniales y split en cada una, un balconcito con una hermosa vista. La cochera entra un auto tranquilamente, no sé si una camioneta o un auto largo. Y para destacar los guardias del edificio, muy amables y atentos! Seguramente volveremos sin dudas! 100% recomendable!

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.
