The lovely newly updated house is in a quite and safe neighborhood. It is nestled back in the yard for privacy with coconuts and palm trees along the driveway. It is centrally located, with 5 minutes drive to the town centre and farmers market, one of our Saturday attractions. Cahal Pech Maya ruin and Museum is within 5 minutes from the house. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Looking for a place to relax and enjoy coconut water off the tree, make this your choice.

Our little Casita is a short 5 min drive from the heart of San Ignacio and nestled umungst the native land scape of the rainforest. On a private half acre this two bedroom, one bath home with a 300sq ft loft, and a 500sq ft veranda has breath taking views and sounds! We are close to the San Ignacio town center, Burns Ave, the amazing Saturday farmers market. Nine miles from the Guatemala Border, with day trips to Tikal, Florence, or just shop in Melcher.

This apartment is very cozy, it has is own charm. Its like a hotel room, but it has a full kitchen, cozy living room with sofa and dinning table. The unit also has a very nice verandah with hammack, nice for the morning coffee or afternoon beer. Our neighborhood is very quiet, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Downtown is only a 10 minute walk. Most tour operators are familiar with our property and will pick you up for your tours.
