Contemporary Beach Home

Walk through a garden path to a newly remodeled and exceptionally equipped spacious town home--just blocks from the downtown village and pier. Your place features a fenced yard, patio, barbecue, parking spot and a wide selection of beach equipment. This is a newly remodeled, spacious, single story, one bedroom home. The space is a duplex and does share a yard with the back unit. The bedroom has a new premium memory foam Queen mattress while the living room sofa coverts to a Full-size bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffeemaker. The living area sofa is roomy enough for everyone to sit and enjoy watching the large-screen cable TV. There is a brand new patio seating area with new modern wood fencing and a barbecue right outside to grill your dinner while taking in peek ocean/sunset views. You will have total access to this exceptionally equipped home. The fully fenced front yard is perfect for small children and family to enjoy! There are boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a wagon to pull it all when you walk down the hill for a relaxing day at the beach. There's also off-street parking reserved for one car. Bring your suitcase, buy some groceries and you are all set to enjoy it all! The home is just two short blocks from Ave. Del Mar in downtown village of San Clemente with its Sunday farmers' market, shops, restaurants, library, and post office. It's also a short walk to the family-friendly Linda Lane park, beach and the pier. You can walk to almost anywhere! The beach, the park, the pier, train, restaurants, shopping, coffee houses...you name it, are all a short stroll away. A free Trolley operates Wednesday through Sunday (May 30-Labor Day) from the downtown area to North Beach and the new San Clemente Outlets. One of the great things about San Clemente is its location half-way (approx. one hour drive) between San Diego and Los Angeles. Legoland is 30 min drive south and Disneyland is a 45 min. drive north. It's also a short drive to John Wayne Airport, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Dana Point Harbor and San Juan Capistrano are 10 minutes away! San Clemente hosts several festivals and events. There are free Beach Concerts on the sand next to the pier several Thursdays throughout the summer. July 4th celebrations include a huge fireworks display from the pier at 9pm. July 21-22 is the 40th annual Ocean Festival at the pier featuring all sorts of beach competitions, a sand sculpture contest, art show, woody car show, a beach concert & much more! August 12 is the San Clemente Fiesta Music Festival. Three stages downtown, along Ave. Del Mar, offer non-stop music and dance entertainment joined by food and game booths, contests, a salsa challenge, arts and craft show, children's rides, exhibits, clowns and more! August 18-19 is the 57th annual San Clemente Art Craft Fair at the Community Center featuring more than 100 artists displaying their original creations. December 1 from 6-10 pm "Putting on the Glitz" - This event is one of San Clemente’s finest--an opportunity to experience our “village character”. Enjoy an evening of shopping, dining & local entertainment; including a visit with Santa Claus, holiday carolers, roasted chestnuts, and many more holiday treats.

Here, you will enjoy, a spacious and inviting 1 bedroom, 1 bath home. This new construction home is like none other in the area. It has light and bright high ceilings and many windows to compliment San Clemente's famous year round weather. It has it's own private entrance with parking. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the ocean view private roof deck, or wine down with a glass at sunset. Not only does this home offer AC and heat, a washer and dryer is located conveniently inside the home. The fully stocked kitchen allows for making the perfect meal with all the necessities or head out to the delicious restaurants on Del Mar Street in downtown San Clemente. Staying here you’ll be just a few minutes’ drive to local beaches, golf courses and parks. Take a walk to San Clemente State beach just across the street. The popular surf spots at Trestles beach at San Mateo point is just about one mile away, while San Onofre State Beach is just under 2 miles away, making this vacation rental a great choice for surfers and families wanting to catch some Southern California waves and sun! Please feel free to reach out for any questions, concerns or travel advice! This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with golf course near by. We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store. This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause very mild traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests. Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, for example Cleveland National Forest, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. Getting around: San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. While our priority is to insure you enjoy your stay, we ask that you please respect our home and our neighbors. We have strict 10pm noise ordinance and if not followed can lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Remote, Lake View Guest House

Do you need an escape from home? Our quaint one room studio cottage is located in our avocado grove with great beautiful views in the hills of De Luz. It has a king size bed, 3/4 bath, kitchenette with 10 cu ft fridge and stove (but no oven), gas BBQ, dining area and private deck ~ it sleeps up to two people. The cottage has it's own entrance and driveway just past the main drive. As you relax on the deck or from the house you will enjoy the panoramic views and a view of the lake. The cozy cottage is approx. 700 sq ft and is adjacent to our home on the property. We have "natural AC" (i.e. no AC but fans and lots of windows and doors). Also included is satellite TV and Wifi, and a continental breakfast usually consisting of bread for toast, fruits, coffee and tea. The cottage is a great destination for a "get away from it all" retreat, for hikers and for cyclists and motorcyclists that want to enjoy the back country roads and vistas. You will enjoy the gorgeous drive to our cottage with the windy, narrow tree lined roads. The Temecula farmers market is a popular destination on Saturdays, and Temecula has a fabulous selection of wineries for tastings and dining. In Fallbrook, there are a variety of great restaurants, cute shops including a retro candy store,and a popular art gallery as well. We are located close to the Santa Margarita River Trail which is a 6 mile loop trail located near Fallbrook, California that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is used for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. It is accessible year-round. The Santa Rosa Plateau is another fantastic hiking spot, with vernal pools and gorgeous rolling hills and panoramic views. We are located 7.5 miles (15 mins) from Fallbrook and we are 25 minutes from Temecula, and 45 - 50 minutes from Oceanside. In addition, we are also approx 1 hour from Downtown San Diego and the SD airport. Just an FYI, we are 15 minutes from the closest store in Fallbrook, and the roads to get here as mentioned before are windy but lovely. We also have 2 sweet indoor/outdoor kitties that might stop by for a visit but we do not allow them in the guesthouse. Just to note, living in a rural area we share our property with the local critters that pass through such as coyotes, raccoons, etc. In additions to the furry critters, we also have the insect type. We try not to use pesticides so you potentially could see a bug now and again. Note: due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and at least a 3-day hiatus between stays. Weekly rental possible.

Spanish Beach Casa by the Sea San Clemente Parking

Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !
