Additional restaurants are across from the pier- The Pierside ( delicious fine dining), La Galetta Creperie (Yum!), Bear Cost coffee and pastry shop, a coffee and ice cream shop, a small convenience store and gift shop are all there in the pier area. There is a beautiful scenic walking trail right along the beach. It's about a 1 1/2 miles to north beach and about the same distance south to Calafia beach. Unit is located in a small condo complex, in a quiet neighborhood, 1 bedroom one bath unit, fully furnished, kitchen equipped. Elevator from garage to each floor. Laundry facility available in parking garage, one space for parking .The swimming pool is right out the front door for an alternate to the beach, bar-b-que in the pool area. Utensils for bar-b-que in drawer under oven. Friendly people, stress-free living, and near I-5 for quick access to San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. Spanish Beach Casa by the Sea San Clemente Parking

Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !

Prime location in the heart of the Pier Bowl in San Clemente just steps from the sand, pier, train and free trolley. Enjoy views from every room and the sound of the ocean as you sleep. Restuarants and shops are just minutes away. Condo has everything you need including washer dryer, beach toys and chairs, etc. If you are visiting California for the first time there is no more central spot with the train available to take you up to LA or down to San Diego with scenic views all along the way.
