Muy cerca de los mejores restaurantes de San Carlos y lo mejor, a unos metros de la Playa San Francisco en la que podrás ver delfines muy de cerca al amanecer y atardecer. El acceso directo a la playa está suspendido por una construcción. Hay acceso a playa 120 m. antes y 250 m. después del fraccionamiento. Puedes ver el mapa y te darás cuenta que los accesos están muy cerca y fácil.
