Spacious Top Floor Condo Retreat

Listen to the calming sounds of all the water features throughout the property from the secluded balcony. Inside, relax in 1000 square feet of upscale surroundings that include wood floors and high quality Tempur-Pedic king mattress. Later, head for the ground-floor pools and hot tub. 1000 sq ft of space on the top floor. Queen size adjustable firmness air mattress with clean beddings available upon request to be set up in the living room. You will be able to access the entire unit, 2 Swimming pools, and the hot tub. I will be available by text, phone or email throughout the stay. The quiet and beautiful setting is surrounded by trees. Within walking distance to CalTrain station, San Antonio shopping center, and Whole Foods, Trader Joe, movie theater plus numerous boutiques. Major tech companies located nearby include G00gle and Faceb00k. Stanford University is within a 10 minute drive. A short 5-10 minute walk to the Cal Train stop but the unit is not impacted by any train noise. The bus stop is conveniently around the corner to take you to Downtown Castro Street or Stanford University and beyond.

Pac Heights 3-rm suite. Private, safe, quiet.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

This top floor condo is the perfect place to relax or work remotely. Chill on the expansive deck, warmed by a fire pit, and fall asleep to peekaboo ocean views and the sounds of the ocean. There's 200+ mbps internet and a workspace. It was recently redecorated and has premium mattresses (Tempurpedic and Bryte). It's walking distance to the beach, breweries, an 18-hole golf course and gorgeous coastal hiking. And it's just 20 minutes from downtown SF and 15 minutes to SFO airport.

Very nice, remodeled 700 Sq. ft. Mid-Century Modern condominium in the heart of Palo Alto. One large bedroom, one bathroom, well stocked kitchen with all new appliances, lovely private back patio area...all this and only a 3 block walk to University Ave (fabulous restaurants & shopping), 3 minute walk to CalTrain, 10 minute walk to the Stanford Campus (or take Stanford Shuttle just 2 blocks away)! No need to drive although space for 2 cars, one undercover.

Luxury renovated studio. Top area. Designer furniture, bathroom & kitchen appliances. Private garden. Keetsa king size mattress and fine linens. Street is quiet and beautiful, but the neighborhood (Fillmore, Union, Chestnut, Polk St) is bustling w/ restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. Cabo San Pedro - 1 bed - Stunning Ocean Views

Our place is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath unit with absolutely stunning views of the San Francisco coastline. From our deck, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge towers, beautiful Pacifica State beach with its many surfers, it is just a fabulously lovely view. We're the highest house on Pedro Point, so we've got the best views in the area! Please note that your total cost includes $100 for the cleaning fee which goes entirely to our housekeeper.

Thoroughly renovated in 2022, everything is new. This condo is on 2nd floor, overlooking Santana Row - the jewel of the Silicon Valley/South Bay Area with great restaurants, shopping, movie, spa, salon, and many entertaining options just downstairs. There are 1 queen, 1 twin and 2 large sofas. The entire space has been renovated - kitchen, bathroom, floor, paint, lights, and all new appliances. High speed WiFi and ex-large screen smart TV.

Cozy condo in the heart of Alameda

Our home is 2 blocks from downtown Park Street, where there are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops and a 15 minute walk from the beach for playtime and sunsets. This place is great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and small families, too. You may hear the pitter patter of children upstairs from time to time, but never at night. We are a very friendly family and look forward to hosting you!
